By Appointment Only. No Walk-Ins.

24-Hr cancellation required. Less than 24-Hr cancellation or a no-show fee is $30 for vouchers and $60 for regular priced services. Fifteen minutes late is considered a no-show. Please arrive on time to ensure full massage session. All sessions include five minutes pre and post consultation, recommendation, time to undress and redress. As an example, a sixty minute hot stone massage is fifty minutes hands-on treatment from therapist. A ninety minute custom massage is eighty minutes hands-on treatment from therapist. A thirty minute reflexology is twenty minute hands-on treatment from therapist. For any questions about a purchased voucher, please contact the voucher issuer directly. Expired vouchers or gift certificates are not valid. Prepayment is required. All sales are final.

Here are a few F.A.Q's

Can I eat before the massage?
"Eating before hand is OK, but do it at least an hour before so you're not lying on a full belly," Monica says. "And don't have a massage at 6 o'clock and then make a dinner reservation at 7:30, because then you're rushing to get there and you're not going to enjoy that nice, relaxing massage you just had."

"I've heard that if I come early (or late), there might be extras?

Many spas include complimentary sauna, pools, fitness centers, and other amenities with treatment reservations.

"By all means, make use of that, "Monica says. "A lot of people [don't] take advantage of those facilities." If it's a hotel spa, there may even be an onsite restaurant.

If your spa doesn't have those extras, you should still show up a little early. "If you comet to close to your appointment time, you might be rushing around, and .. you can feel that rushed energy." Monica suggests arriving 15-20 minutes before your appointment time

Can I talk during the massage?
Yes, but it's not recommended.

How much do you tip your massage therapist?
15-20% is appropriate.
According to Shannon, when it comes to how much to tip for a massage a 15-20% is appropriate. And remember: if you're using a voucher for a massage, you should tip 15-20% of the full price, not the discounted price.
